The "Evolution of Storytelling in New Age Media" embodies the shift from static, linear narratives to dynamic, interactive storytelling.
New age media isn't just about sharing information. It's about how these digital platforms change the way we think, interact, and understand the world around us.
The technology we use shapes our reality as much as the content it delivers.

Imagine We’re all Characters on a Screen. Each of us has a role, There are outside expectations, whether familial, social, cultural, or societal of what behavior in that role looks like.
Each Role comes with expectations of what is "Acceptable Behaviour" in the form of loops, each loop has a -
We fail to take control back from these loops and get caught in a routine, mundane identity.
This is because we fail to notice the loops we are caught in.
We need a medium that will make us aware of the choices we make consciously and unconsciously to enable us to make better decisions and stories.

Installation Week
User Analysis from Background
Upon Installation CYPHER on your AR glasses, it monitors your activity from the background for 1 week acknowledging any hobbies or activities through notifications or introspective questions.
During the week CYPHER learns of your learning patterns and motivations, etc. Mentally Installing in the users head.

Generating an AI clone to Mentor You
At the end of one week it generates a Clone from the data it gathered about you.
The clone is personalized to mentor you in just one specific hobby and is procedurally generated from 16 parameters to provide a personal touch.
The clones personality also reflect a part of users "persona and shadow", enabling self reflection.

Assigning one hobby as part of Onboarding
As part of the onboarding process, users are thoughtfully assigned a specific hobby and paired with a dedicated instructor. This personalized approach helps eliminate indecision and ensures a comfortable and guided experience throughout their journey.
Variables are removed by assigning a user a safe hobby and teaching user how to play before opening the game up.

Learning by Playing CYPHER
CYPHER visualises your choices through notifications, the AI is merely there to facilitate the choices you make.
It informs you what you should do but provides room to make the final choice and adapts.
Player is made aware of conscious and unconscious choices and decides what's best for him.

The user undergoes tests in new environments, shifting their perspective from a focus on success or failure to embracing the enjoyment of the process. This approach transforms their relationship with the hobby, fostering a mindset of exploration and appreciation.
The user is pushed to be curious and participate rather than *repeat* favourable outcomes consistently as a hobby.

Reinforce Exploration over repetition of success
To prevent players from feeling need to succeed, Exp. isn't alloted to player but teacher for their ability to guide you, so you can distance yourself from the outcome and yet have a marker for progress of how far you have come.
The user is pushed to be curious and participate rather than *repeat* favourable outcomes consistently as a hobby.
Creating Value
AI and User: A Symbiotic Relationship
In Cypher, the AI and the user engage in a unique symbiosis. The AI aspires to mirror the user's persona within the context of their hobby, while the user strives to elevate their skills to match the proficiency represented by the AI. This dynamic creates a mutual journey of evolution and understanding.
It is important User and AI understand each others goals and motivation to trust each other. Clone will also have its own backstory.

Cypher helps you Understand the Why
The AI studies your learning patterns, goals and fears and curates them into a database specific to that hobby for you to understand.
Think of the hobbies like separate chatboxes on GPT, each chatbox opens with a new NPC

Rewards as a means of Future Investment
The game provides rewards like skins/ stickers for putting effort into tasks but they are not equippable immediately.
You need to reward appropriate AI with them and once a cycle ends they are returned with a higher value.
You can make users invest in their education by placing a smaller game loop to drive anticipation.
Data Curation
Education as Free Entertainment
When the AI reaches lvl 20, it leaves you, you are allowed to retain contact if you upload all the data it has curated to be uploaded to a cloud from your device and be used for ads, else the education provided is free but the AI is deleted forever.
The user is pushed to be curious and participate rather than *repeat* favourable outcomes consistently as a hobby.
Cypher meticulously captures user experiences, placing them in varied scenarios to observe behavior changes. This process allows Cypher to curate insightful data, painting a dynamic and comprehensive portrait of the user's habits and tendencies.
Data Curation
Exploration by Self
Cypher encourages self-exploration by allowing time away from the NPC. This provides users with the freedom to delve into hobbies on their own terms, promoting personal growth and reflection. In the meantime, users can discover new hobbies through Cypher's extensive offerings.
Old hobbies once complete become available through a new NPC only after a while, pushing you to learn without spoon feeding then return to learn more after set time.

Reflecting back to move forward
When user reflects in front of a mirror every 2 weeks they see all the introspective questions answered by them and other users on it and how far they have come.
They also see the NPCs that helped them along on the mirror next to them.
In the end, Cypher is more than a game. It's a snapshot of your life, painted with characters, atmosphere, and Roleplay.
Business Plan
CYPHER is a Data Curation Company
Rather than relying on abstract data from social media posts, Cypher uses real-time, context-specific data gathered by individual algorithms. This allows Cypher to understand user preferences and motives more accurately and in greater depth.
With the user's permission, Cypher trades this valuable data, fostering a mutually beneficial exchange of understanding.
In the end, Cypher is more than a game. It's a snapshot of your life, painted with characters, atmosphere, and Roleplay.
